Check if your deposit will credit
Tell the checker what you actually did. It maps your coin, the network you sent on and any missing memo to a clear verdict — and gives you the exact next step plus a support message you can copy. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
How to read your result
You sent on the network the operator credits and didn't miss a memo. Wait for confirmations; if it's still missing, the copy-paste message chases it up.
Either a missing memo/tag, or a wrong-but-related (EVM) network. Often recoverable through official support — but never guaranteed, and never via a paid service.
You crossed incompatible networks (for example an EVM chain to Tron). Technical recovery generally isn't possible. Be very wary of anyone promising otherwise.
Why we don't show a guaranteed answer
Recoverability depends on the operator's internal tooling and goodwill, which we can't promise on their behalf. The checker is built on how the chains actually work; the operator's official support is always the authority on your specific transaction. See our methodology for how the verdicts are derived.
Deposit so this never happens again
Most wrong-network and memo problems disappear when you deposit somewhere that supports several networks and doesn't rely on memos.
